The Springs South Africa Stake, which consists of the Springs and Tsakane wards, was created by Elder Kevin S. Hamilton, General Authority Seventy and Elder Mervyn C. Giddey, an Area Seventy. The first official branch in Mali was organized on July 9. . . . The Bamako Branch was organized under the administration of the Cote d’Ivoire Abidjan Mission.
