Elder Jeffrey R. Holland of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles organized the 3,000th worldwide stake of the Church in Freetown, Sierra Leone, in December 2012. Wife of former Zaire mission president dies
Jean Lorraine Cram Griner Hutchings, 85, who served with her husband, R. Bay Hutchings, as he presided over the France Toulouse Mission from 1981–82, the Switzerland Geneva Mission from 1982–84, and the Zaire Kinshasa Mission from 1987–88, died April 8, 2012, in Provo, Utah, USA. via LDS Church News.
