Apostle visits Ivory Coast, is ‘impressed with exceptional spirit’

Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of the Twelve, traveled to Abidjan, Ivory Coast, on Feb. 8-11 — visiting the West African nation months after an armed conflict that embroiled the country during 2010 and 2011.
